Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 Vernonia Friendship Jamboree & Logging Show! This year the Jamboree will be taking place August 7th-9th 2026. We would like to thank our returning vendors and welcome new vendors to the longest standing logging show in Oregon!
The Vernonia Friendship Jamboree & Logging Show is a 3-day, city-wide event that reunites old friends and introduces new ones to Vernonia. The event is based around our annual Logging Show that keeps alive the spirit of logging in our community. Other long-standing events that are a part of Jamboree include: A Softball Tournament, Parade, and Equestrian Events. We strive to have a variety of food and merchandise booths, family fun activities, and entertainment.
Selection Process
Our 2026 Vendor Application period runs from January 10th through April 15th, 2026. Vendor selection will be based on the number of available spaces and the type of food or merchandise offered. Our goal is to curate a strong mix of booths that complement each other and fit the spirit of our event
Booth spaces will be assigned according to the size each vendor requires.
To ensure a diverse and well‑balanced selection of vendors, we will be reviewing all sales lists and menu items. In some cases, we may ask vendors to adjust or remove certain items to avoid duplication and to better accommodate a wide variety of offerings
Vendor camping will be available on a very limited basis this year, and site types are also limited. Please note that we are unable to accommodate trailers, motorhomes, or 5th wheels in the vendor camping area.
Because our event takes place in a city park, we must follow all city park regulations. We are currently working with the city to secure a small number of designated vendor campsites, and we will share details as soon as they are confirmed.
We hope to have our designated vendor parking area back for the 2026 event.
Festival Booth Hours
Festival booths must be open and operating all three days of the event.
Vendor check‑in will begin at 6:00 AM on Friday and will run until noon. To help improve traffic flow and manage incoming vendors more efficiently, we will be using a revised check‑in process this year. Your assigned check‑in time will be provided by the Vendor Coordinator.
This timeline ensures that all vendors can be fully checked in and ready by our 12:00 PM (noon) Friday opening time.
If your booth is not fully set up by 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday, we will assume you have chosen to forfeit your space.

Should a vendor at any time occupy the premises in a manner contrary to the rules of the Jamboree, or in any manner which is hazardous or offensive to the public or other vendors, upon request from Jamboree officials, the vendor shall immediately cease such offending conduct. Failure to immediately conform, as requested, shall be cause to revoke this agreement, and the vendor’s permit (vendor forfeits all fees). Upon failure to vacate, the Vernonia Friendship Jamboree & Logging Show is authorized to remove all property of the vendor from the premises at the vendor’s expense.
To support a diverse and original vendor lineup, all menu and sales items will be reviewed. In some cases, you may be asked to adjust or remove certain items if they duplicate offerings from another vendor. The Jamboree strongly encourages creativity and uniqueness in both food and merchandise. If you bring or attempt to sell an unapproved or duplicate item, you will be asked to stop selling that item immediately upon notice. Failure to comply may result in removal from consideration as a future vendor.
The undersigned agrees to exercise the utmost care in the use of facilities and properties of the Vernonia Friendship Jamboree & Logging Show and the City of Vernonia. The vendor also agrees to hold harmless the City of Vernonia, the Vernonia Friendship Jamboree & Logging Show, its officers, employees, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, actions, judgments, losses, costs (including attorney fees) and damages whatsoever. Including, (but not limited to), claims arising by reason of accident, injury or death caused to persons or property of any kind arising out of, in connection with, or incident to the Jamboree, except caused by the sole negligence of the Vernonia Friendship Jamboree & Logging Show and City of Vernonia.
